Experience with Rebar has found that the easiest work method is to trace over the outlines of the 2d section files generated by Structural Triforma.  This allows Rebar to preserve the element associations it required to be able to dynamically update when the RC layout was altered, and allows the drafter some control over how and when the Rebar is re-generated.
