‘Pre-flight’ check on the model before running a report

The data extracted via the reporting spreadsheet is only as good as the data that is put into the model.  A good QA check before extracting a report from the model is to run the following tools:

•Triforma > Verify Parts ( This will find elements without any Family/Part information)

•CADtools > Structural Tools > Project/Model Checker (this can ensure all the relevant section definitions can be found in the Structural Shapes file.  Other checks may be added to this in future)
