The Batch Publisher tool allows you to easily publish views and sheets as PDF or DWF files.

The tool currently works with the following PDF printer drivers:

•PDF-Xchange (as configured in the US offices to print to the 'My Documents' folder)

•BlueBeam

•Adobe PDF

1. Set up your sheets and views
2. Use the Batch Publish tool to select views/sheets for publishing more on this topic ..
3. Select Print Configuration more on this topic ..
4. Publish! The PDF's and DWF's are automatically named and stored in the project folder video demonstration ...
