The Shapes Explorer also includes functionality to merge the entire contents of a shape XML file into your existing project shapes XML file. This may be useful when 2 offices are working on the same project, and maintaining a common model. The CAD leader for that project should occasionally get the shapes XML file from each office, merge it into his own, then send the updated version back out to each office.
