Add notes about:

•making sure all the reference files have ‘Locate’ checked, otherwise they won’t participate in the extraction

•Using annotation scale to scale up the text size (rules etc are set to output at 1:1 scale)

•Two extractions per floor for Concrete. One to generate the slab layout, one to generate the soffit/hidden line layout.
