The CADtools Quantity ReportV8 + Report Wizard spreadsheet includes a number of report types, these are:

Report Type

Output

Individual

Creates a report where each element in the model has a row in the final report table.  This report is useful for producing a spreadsheet with less columns that the default ‘Report’ sheet where the data is extracted from Structural.

Summary

Creates a summary report where elements in the model are grouped by user defined parameters, and each grouping has a row in the final report.  Useful for Member Schedules.

Piling Schedule

Creates a report where each element in the model has a row in the final report table.  The table is formatted to produce data for a piling schedule, and perform some tests to ensure the data is properly formatted.  Running this report can also sort the piles by Y then X co-ordinate (i.e into rows), and renumber the piles accordingly.

Quantity Report

The ‘Quantity Report’ syle is made up by a number of sub reports, each of which will extract certain data from the model, to produce accurate quantities (i.e Concrete volumes allowing for beam and slab overlap, reinforcement quantities). ( TBC – Needs documenting on what goes in the model..)
