CADtools Revit uses the Arup internal licensing system, it will attempt to validate to the license server approximately every 20 days. The system will allow you to continue working for a limited amount of time if you cannot connect to the Arup network.
In future it may be possible to 'expire' a version of CADtools Revit, at which point you will need to install a new version of CADtools Revit.
