Summary:

Changes all selected objects’ properties.

 

Description:

This command allows all of the object properties (e.g. Colour, Linetype, Layer, etc) of a set of entities to be changed to those of a selected existing entity, or to those of the user’s choice. If a block is selected to be changed, all of its sub-entities’ properties can be changed (including attributes and nested blocks).

 

Command: CA

Object(s) selected will inherit ALL properties of target

Select objects: Pick object(s)

Select target entity/Type <.> for current properties or <RETURN> to enter properties: Select entity with desired properties, or enter <.> for current properties or input values

Change all block sub-entities? Yes/<No>: Type ‘Yes’ to change properties of all members of selected blocks
