The 'Set Office Address' tool is designed to work with the default Arup Revit templates which contain the "Arup Office Address" project parameter.
This parameter will appear in the default sheet title blocks that are in the template.
The 'Set Office Address' tool make it easier to fill in that information by populating it from existing source of information.
The ProjectSettings.txt and DomainSettings.txt files are used by other CADtools products to store information such as the office address, or project title etc.
The "Set Office Address" tool allows you to copy the "OfficeDetails" section from either ProjectSettings.txt or DomainSettings.txt (if either can be found). The tool also allows you to enter a manual address, up to 4 lines long.
Within this window, you can select the current address (if available), from ProjectSettings.txt/DomainSettings.txt (if found) or enter an address manually:

When entering a manual address, it cannot be more than 4 lines long:
