Navigation:  CADtools Tools > Drawing Setup Tools > Issue - Delete Current

The “Delete Current Issue” tool can be started by selecting “Issue - Delete” from the CADtools> Drawings menu as shown below left or by selecting "Issue - Delete" from the “Drawing Setup” task menu as shown below right

 

 

 

                             

 

When using this tool only the current issue can be deleted. There are no second chances with this tool, so be careful before issuing the command.

The current “Issue” will be highlighted and a dialog box will appear asking if you want to delete the highlighted “Issue”

 

Note: some times the Issue to be deleted will not be highlighted!

 

Ok - Will delete the current Issue.

Cancel - Will Cancel the command

 

 

 

If no current "Issue" exists the following dialog box bill be displayed.

 

 

Note:

The Microstation “Delete” command should not be used to delete “Issues”, as CADtools writes additional information to the file that is required by other tools such as “Batch Update Issue”
